ECS has contracted with Home Town Real Estate Development Company to implement the electromechanical works for the “Zaha Park” project in the New Administrative Capital, at a value of 130 million pounds.
Zaha Park project is located on an area of 7,200 m 2 in the mall area MU23 – between R2 and R3, with a total investment exceeding one billion pounds. The project is implemented in two phases and consists of 10 floors, and the first phase includes 3 commercial floors with a total area of 6,400 square meters, and areas ranging from 35 to 200 square meters, with an average of 30 shops per floor, and the second phase includes 7 medical and administrative floors with a total area of 17 thousand square meters.
CEO Eng. Ossama Guenedy, said that the implementation of the works is carried out in two phases, the first phase includes preparing the site and technical appropriations, which takes approximately two months, and the second phase includes the start of the implementation of the works on the project, stressing that the company has a plan to speed up the pace of implementation of the project in order to deliver it on time with clients and scheduled June 2022.
